Creating Team Goals

Use the New Goal button to create your first Goal.

Add a Goal name that clearly describes the objective to be achieved.

For this example, a Customer Success team wants to baseline and improve customer satisfaction in the first quarter.

To create Goals for your team, navigate to the team space and open to the Goals view.
