Welcome to the Place Profile page for Moberly Sports Centre in Kensal Rise.

Users are able to see all of the accessibility information we've collected

We're first going to see how it works for entrances and exits.

Moberly Sports Centre

Our guides are comprehensive, meaning we collect data for every single space

All of the emptying says, all of the emergency exits, alongside each of the facilities.

Indoor areas are split up into various sub-categories.

In this case, we're looking in sports facilities to find information on the gym

We're next going to click 'see more' to view the full space profile page,

Each of the spaces that we tag includes general accessibility information, so

things like doorways and path widths, alongside more space specific features

In the case of the gym, we'll tag the different equipment that you'd expect to

The equipment that we tag has been developed in line with our user community

We've now seen how users are able to explore the Moberly Sports Centre guide to

information for different spaces. However, these guides are complex, so to make

for users to quickly find the information they're looking for, we've built

that allow users to filter for specific features and facilities across the site.

Quickly and easily allow users to filter through your places, to find the perfect spot for their access needs!

Filter and Find

To start filtering, users simply need to press the Accessibility filters button

Filters can be applied for the whole site or for specific facilities.

Let's imagine we're a wheelchair user looking to find out if any of the pools

at Moberly Sports Centre are wheelchair accessible.

Our preference is for entry via a pool hoist or chair.

So we're going to select this tag and we'd also like to know if there's a

changing facility on the same floor as the pool.

Once they've selected their filters, users simply need to select 'Apply filters'

to search across the site for these facilities.

It looks like the main pool hits both our criteria.

Users can then select "See More" to see all of the photos and the tags 

Filtered tags are highlighted in purple, as shown on the left.

Users can also copy a link to this space to share a direct link to the pool

with anyone else they're interested in visiting with them.

Toggled to nearby venues to see how users can also filter and find local

hospitality venues close to Moberly Sports Centre,

allowing them to plan the perfect day out from start to end.

From the nearby venues page, users can scroll down to see a list of all of the

venues we've collected data for on the left and a map view on the right.

They can apply filters by pressing the Accessibility Filters button on the left-hand

side, allowing them to search for specific features and facilities at

In this case, we're an ambulatory wheelchair user who's keen to know if there

are any step-free venues close to Moberly.

This will allow us to pop in for a coffee or maybe a drink after our session.

We're looking for a place to grab some food and a drink after our gym session,

going to navigate to the pubs and bars tab to see only the pubs and bars there

Once we've found a venue that looks good for us, from the map pin we simply

press view on socialability to see the full place profile.

View On Sociability

At Sociability, we're all about providing accessibility information, but we

firmly believe that to be the most helpful to the most people this needs to be

updated in real-time. That's why we've built these features into our

accessibility management system. This allows staff at Moberly Sports Centre

to create notices and initiatives or alerts to customers when facilities are

temporarily out of order or unavailable and to make small changes to the data

including tags and photos if things are rearranged or slightly changed.

Provide real-time updates to reflect the latest site changes, and tweak photos and tags whenever you need!

Update and Notify

Notices can be set up, either for the whole site, or for specific spaces.

In this case, we can see that a whole site notice has been set up, stating that

Further details include the date range for when the lift will be out of order

and when it should be back up and running. This allows users to plan their days accordingly.

Embed and Share

Accessibility information needs to be visible, and it makes sense for customers

to find this exactly where they're looking.

Moberly and Everyone Active have sought to make the Moberly Sports Centre guide

front and centre for users. That's why, when you go to their website, you are immediately

presented with an accessibility information button, which opens up some basic information

about the site alongside a link to their Sociability data.

The red button takes users directly back to Sociability's Moberly profile.

It doesn't end here however. Moberly have also added in links to specific spaces

For instance, for the gym, users can click to see accessibility information

This opens Sociability profile direct to the gym, meaning users can quickly

find the information they're looking for, in a flash.

Links have also been integrated into the Active Westminster website.
