When you're planning marketing content, DON'T start with why.

Don't even bring it up.

Despite what you've been led to believe, your audience does not care.

Should you know your why (your values, your mission, what you stand for)? Absolutely.

It should come through in EVERYTHING you say and do. Know it, live it, honor it.

But don't keep punching people in the face with it.

Telling folks why you exist does not move them to action.

Help them understand or believe what will make them want to buy.

Their why. Not yours.

I’ve always been the youngest person in the room.

One of the youngest on my course at university.
The youngest employee at my first ‘big’ job.
Still the youngest person in my current team.

Being the youngest in most rooms has meant constantly feeling like I have something to prove.

But don’t get it twisted:
I know what I’m doing. I know my field. I know the impact I can make.
If I’m given a task, I won’t stop until it’s driving real results.
If I don’t know how to do something, I’ll teach myself.
I back myself, even if I’m still learning as I go.

Being the youngest has never meant being the weakest link.
For me, it means being the most determined and letting my work speak for itself.
