Explain the 95-5 rule and apply it to my challenge

THINGS THAT WORKED WELL:

1. 🚨 HIGH RETARGETING ROI: Your retargeting channel showed an impressive RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI) of 172.58%. This means for every dollar spent on retargeting, you received a significantly higher return, making it a highly effective channel for driving conversions.

2. 📊 LINKEDIN ADS SYNERGY: Using LINKEDIN ADS alongside Industry Events created a COMPLEMENTARY EFFECT. This synergy helped improve the performance of both channels, enhancing their effectiveness beyond individual potential.

3. 💡 HIGH TEXT QUALITY IMPACT: The well-written ad copy, particularly in LinkedIn ads, significantly boosted performance. For example, your high-quality text in LinkedIn ads led to a 20% BETTER PERFORMANCE compared to average quality writing.

THINGS THAT DID NOT WORK WELL:

1. ⚠️ BUDGET SATURATION: INDUSTRY EVENTS in the AWARENESS PHASE received a MAJORITY of the phase budget, which likely caused diminishing returns. It's important to distribute the budget more evenly across different channels to avoid oversaturating one area.

2. ❌ AUDIENCE DILUTION: Targeting the TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY and focusing on multiple company sizes diluted your messaging effectiveness. This approach makes it harder for your message to resonate deeply with any one segment.

3. 📊 BUDGET BALANCE ISSUE: The campaign's budget allocation was slightly off, with AWARENESS PHASE spending outside the ideal range. This may have limited the number of people becoming aware of your product, affecting the overall campaign flow through the funnel stages.
