Creating 1:1 Goals

Use the New Goal button to create your first Goal.

Add a Goal name that clearly describes the objective to be achieved.

For this example, Jessica wants to improve her public speaking skills this quarter.

To create Goals for your 1:1 relationship, navigate to the 1:1 and open to the Goals tab.
