To match any unmatched mentions, click on the Unmatched Mentions tab under *My Tasks*. Unmatched mentions can occur because an employee name was misspelled, or because that employee was not added to the Leaderboard. All Employees with unmatched mentions will appear. Click on *Manage* next to their name to resolve it.
