Video Consultations - Web| Accurx

Hello, my name's Lottie, and in this video I'm going to show you how to use

Acurex for video consultations. Acurex is an easy-to-use web-based platform

has been built for NHS staff so that they can communicate with patients and

colleagues. Over 1.6 million video consultations have been hosted on Acurex.

Type "acurex login" into your search engine and go to the website web.acurex.

If you have an NHS.NET email address, you can log in with NHS mail single sign-

Now you're all logged in. If AccuRx is integrated with your patient

administration system, you'll be able to access your clinic list here.

You can then search for the relevant clinic by code, name, location and date.

Then you can choose the patient you would like to start a video consultation

You can create and store message templates for your video consultation text

When you're ready, you can send your text message to the patient.

Here you can track the patient's progress.

The system lets you know if the message has been sent, received,

and when the patient has opened the video link.

The clinician can then open the video consultation link on their computer and
