Create your first simulation

Today, I'm here to give you an overview of Gatling Enterprise Cloud.

We're going to jump right into the simulations page where you can see all the

that your organization has created and run.

You'll be able to see in the status bar here whether they were successful,

were stopped either manually or due to stop criteria, whether they have any

that have passed or failed or if they're broken.

You can also filter by name, package, the teams that have access to them or you

by their last runtime using the last run sorting feature here.

You can also search by specific simulations in the search bar.

So if we type in stress test, we can see all of our stress tests here that we

types of tests you'll see in load testing.

The capacity test is designed to help you find the capacity of your website and

A stress test is designed to show you how your site or application recovers

And a soap test is a long running test with steady users that helps you

So now that you know how a simulation is created,

Now that we've seen the run summary, if you want to look further into a report,

So now that we've looked at a report, we're going to get into the runs history,

Configuration options 
for Simulations

We're going to talk about some configuration options for a simulation.

I'm going to do this by editing an already existing simulation here.

We're going to go down and see the low generator parameters.

So here we have our Java system properties.

These are properties you can set when you build your simulation and make them

So you can make your duration, your environment type, their users, the type of

And then you can set those properties here in the Java system properties,

So you can set a ramp up time or a ramp down time for your simulation.

Some of the data at the start of the end of your simulation might not be

So you can add different ways to stop your run automatically based on certain
