Description

As an MLE, I want to debug and resolve the inference error when running the Mask3D/SOFTGROUP checkpoint on the VM instance so that the model can generate segmentation outputs correctly on the client dataset.

Acceptance Criteria:

Environment and dependencies verified (CUDA, PyTorch, Mask3D)

Checkpoint loads and runs inference without error

Output results saved and validated
